Lace Customization

-We offer this service to anyone who purchases our hair or brings their own hair.

!!! MUST READ !!!
- Once you purchase you will receive a text or email from us with the address to ship the hair and/or inquiry of where to pick up the hair (if local and within 15 miles)!
- We currently do not allow drop-offs or pickups by the customer!
- Hair must be in decent condition. It can be used but the closure or frontal lace can NOT be RIPPED or previously BLEACHED to the extent that bleaching again would damage hair/lace. We have the right to refuse service if the product is not able to be worked with.

Includes: 
- Closure or Frontal (made with lace base)
- Bleaching of knots on closure or frontal
- Natural, plucked hairline unless baby hair requested
- The customization will include low maintenance styling and/or washing
- BLEACHING/COLORING OF HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED AND IS A SEPERATE SERVICE that you must purchase under the "Services" tab.

Turnaround Time:
- Standard is 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited is 2 to 3 business days (pay extra fee)

*This is AFTER we receive the hair from you, not once you ship it! You are responsible for the fees that it cost to ship to us!*

Shipping:
- 2 to 3 business days AFTER customization is complete
